What You Will Be Doing

You will operate across the Dorset (Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole) area, supporting individuals and families with a range of complex needs.

  • Conducting assessments and risk evaluations
  • Developing and reviewing care and support plans
  • Safeguarding vulnerable individuals
  • Working with families and external agencies
  • Maintaining accurate and compliant case records
  • Advocating for service users’ rights and wellbeing

The role requires strong analytical skills, resilience and a thorough understanding of safeguarding legislation and ethical frameworks.

You will work within services and community settings across the Dorset region, including Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.
