What You Will Be Doing

You will join inclusive and supportive care teams across services in the Dorset (Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole) area, providing care to individuals with a range of Mental Health needs.

Using your knowledge and skills, you will support individuals along their recovery pathway towards leading a valued and fulfilled life.

  • Supporting service users with daily living activities
  • Assisting with personal care where required
  • Observing, monitoring and responding to behaviours
  • Updating care records accurately and professionally
  • Participating in team discussions and care planning
  • Promoting independence and emotional wellbeing

This can be a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, resilience, compassion and vigilance are essential. However, it is incredibly rewarding to see individuals progress and know that your support has helped improve someone’s quality of life.


Where You Will Be Working

You will be placed within services across the Dorset region, including Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, supporting individuals with Mental Health needs.

Brightline works with established care providers to deliver safe, person-centred support within structured and professionally managed environments.
